Accessing Wi-Fi:

Our fast Wi-Fi is complimentary. All you need to do is sign up with your email address and let us know why you are visiting today.

To access the general venue Wi-Fi, open your preferred internet provider e.g. Chrome and sign up.
If you’re not taken to the page to sign in, head to and this should prompt the Wi-Fi sign up page.


In the room you will find a selection of stationary for you to use throughout your event. To minimise waste and support our sustainability objectives you’ll find note pads, pens and other stationary at the back of the room. Please feel free to take what you need, but only what you’ll use.


Standard technology and meeting room AV is a case of ‘Plug and Play’. However, should you need any assistance please don’t hesitate to contact your Meeting Host.

Food & Drink


If you’ve booked an all-inclusive meeting, conference or event with us you have unlimited access to our refreshment areas where you’ll find:

Hydration Stations – We believe in zero waste. To minimise our kitchen waste, we use fruit and vegetable peelings to flavour our refillable water.

Hot Drinks – Our teas and coffees come from responsible suppliers. Our Chocolate is Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certified. All our milk is Red Tractor Assured.


Lunch will be served as agreed with your Event Manager.

We’re rolling out ‘Meetings for Change’ across the catering at the meetings, conferences and events we host. You can expect that 80% of ingredients are to be British grown, our menus are plant-forward, with a focus on only seasonal fruit and vegetables.

We’re working with responsible and fair-trade suppliers. We believe in zero waste and in line with our climate promise, so please tuck in, but only take what you need. It’s better for you, but better for the planet too.

COVID Secure

Since the start of the pandemic, our number one priority has been the Covid safety of our team members and customers. So, as we gradually return to normal, we’ll do all we can to make sure you continue to feel safe when visiting us.

Please take regular advantage of sanitising stations located across the venue.

Health & Safety

Your conference host will make you aware of any planned fire alarms or evacuations for each day you are with us along with running through your nearest exits.

In the event of a fire alarm, please leave your room immediately and follow the signs to your nearest exit. Do not stop to collect belongings. Our team will meet you at the fire assembly point located on the lawn opposite the hotel entrance.

Taking regular breaks thought-out the day makes everyone more energized and engaged. Please feel free to explore our beautiful grounds and explore the hotel’s walking trails, information available from reception.
