We have a range of entertainment suppliers available, please ask our team for our list of suppliers when enquiring about your association event.

Supplied at £400 per day, we provide dedicated technical support to ensure your association event runs smoothly.

To keep things simple, we ask that payments are made via the main organiser of the booking.

Guests must be 18 years or older.

Catering can be provided in breaks to make sure that you are all functioning properly and we can also arrange buffets and multiple-course meals for your business event.

Yes, many of our recipes are Gluten Free, marked with a GF. We also have a number of dishes that are marked as GFA which means they can be made Gluten Free on request.

As part of our efforts to deliver more efficient services for our customers, we are a cashless venue. We can accept payment via card only for all onsite charges including food and beverages. All major credit & debit cards will be accepted.

There are lots of exciting things to do in the local area, you can see the complete list of attractions and events on our Things to do page. This includes Barbury Castle,  Cotswold Water Park, STEAM Museum of the Great Western Railway and the Annual Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford in July.

Our meetings for change delegate packages start from £35 including main meeting room hire, unlimited refreshments, a buffet lunch and more.

We offer flexible pricing options for longer events or for those that require multiple rooms. Our 24hr day delegate rate package includes accommodation, main meeting room hire and catering options for meeting events, meaning delegates can relax whilst making use of the wonderful facilities and amenities that we offer onsite.

At Alexandra House, we provide 150 spacious and comfortable bedrooms to accommodate your wedding guests. Whether your guests are staying for one night or extending their stay for two or three nights, we offer preferential rates to your friends and family to ensure that your big day is complete.
