Catering for family celebrations
Whether you are after an exquisite 3 course meal, a finger food buffet, afternoon tea or hog roast, we have the ability to facilitate. If you have little ones that will need to be catered for, get in touch with us and we can discuss our children’s menu choices. Our current banqueting menu has a range of tasty choices to choose from:
Starters
- Ham hock & pea Ballotine, piccalilli, toasted sourdough
- Flaked salmon fillet, spring onion, dill & horseradish tartlet
- Sweet red pepper, butternut squash & chilli soup with toasted pumpkin seeds (V)(gf)
Mains
- Pan fried chicken breast stuffed with smoked chorizo, cream cheese & basil with a stroganoff cream sauce
- Miso glazed Fillet of Sea bass – set on olive, roasted garlic, sundried tomato compote
- Honey-glazed halloumi, tempura vegetables, spiced lentils, sweet tomato sauce (v)
Above Mains Served with Gratin Potatoes, baby honey roasted carrots & tender stem broccoli
Desserts
- Salted Carmel and dark chocolate tart with honeycomb ice-cream (V)
- Baked cheesecake with cherry compote & vanilla whipped cream (V)
- Blueberries, mango, kiwi with raspberry sorbet and crushed meringue (V) (gf)
