Alexandra House is a contemporary and modern event venue local to Swindon. We have many successful parties under our belts such as family celebrations, proms, charity events and private dining experiences. With our dedicated event coordinators on hand, you can rest assured that your baby shower will be as stressfree as possible. Our venue is the perfect peaceful location for celebrating an exciting new arrival and we believe a baby shower is a great excuse to throw a party and to shower the mum-to-be.
We have an abundance of outdoor space to take advantage of which is perfect for hosting baby showers outside in the sun. Our courtyard is perfect for a finger buffet whilst our 20 acres of stunning grounds make the perfect backdrop for all your photographs. We are located just 4 miles from Swindon City Centre, with the M4 and Swindon Train Station being close by, making our venue easily accessible for all your guests to get to.
We can help you with everything you need to ensure your baby shower will be a memorable event, with a selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes to enjoy. For £20.95 per person (minimum of 15 guests) you will receive the following all-inclusive baby shower package:

We’d like to thank Alexandra House for a wonderful evening at our Christmas Party which was enjoyed by all. The food came out piping hot and very nice. The atmosphere and disco were great and everyone danced the night away.
A very nice hotel the rooms are spacious and well presented. Breakfast is generous and the dinner was good on the whole.

An enjoyable relaxing well fed stay was had. The staff were very friendly, Superior room was massive bed really comfortable. 4 course eve meal was delicious deserts were amazing. Buffet breakfast was scrumptious so much to choose from. Leisure facilities were fab. Highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay.
Lovely relaxing time, had the pool and gym almost to ourselves. Evening meal and breakfast excellent and the staff all very helpful, gluten free dietary needs very well catered for and a fantastic price.
Spent a Saturday night here. Very pleasant, facilities good, rooms comfortable with all amenities too hand. Staff extremely polite and professional, our waiter (Daniel) went out of his way to make sure our evening meal was good. Very impressed with this! Food excellent.
